I have linked a Access 2000 database to my webpage but I am trying to now make it so that the fields that need to be filled out come up blank or as a new entry as default. Is this possible to do through the html or webpage or is it something that I will have to research more in Access?

it's better to do this in your html (or even better, cgi) page
i guess your datas do : access -> (some kind of cgi) -> html
when you process the datas to be displayed in the page (what should be in the "some kind of cgi" part), this is the place to also set which fields are to be filled, and thus, which are to be displayed "blank"

or maybe i misunderstood your question ? maybe you should give more details ??
