defaulting SX200 icp

We have an Sx200 AX 5.0 icp demo system that I am sending to another area for a couple of guys to train on. What is the fastest (or best) method to default the database on this unit?

OK, I'm familiar with that method.

I tried that and I thought I had a CF that had the software load on it but it wouldn't read from it when I went through the VF Works procedure, and I don't have a card reader to check it...

An install flash gives you the option of either a blank system or default DB. Process is super easy and quick.
