We have had a PArtner System sitting on the shelf for awhile andfinally sold it. 1 problem the default password for the voicemail has been changed. We called the company we de-installed and as luck would have it, the administrator has left the company. I would like to know is there a backdoor password or is there a way of defaulting the password?

Defaulting Partner Voice Mail

Which version of Partner Mail? If it is the External Partner Mail, log into 9997 using the serial number as the password. The system will say "Goodbye" and hang up. Power off/back on, and log into 9997 with either 1234 as the password, or no password set (on the Release 3)
If it is a Partner Mail VS, log into 99 with 2537 as the password, then select 5 and change it back to 1234.
If it is a Partner Mail VS, log into 99 with 2537 as the password, then select 5 and change it back to 1234.
