Defaulting Merlin Messaging 1.0 + 1

What is the procedure for initalizing MM to default state, I reset the password thru the backdoor, but I lost the init instructions out of my binder. I searched FAQ and 50 or so pages, but could not find the previous post that I had printed.

Get into admin mailbox, press "9", then press "989clear" for a soft reset or "989reset" for a hard reset. The system will respond by saying "messaging system is being returned to factory defaults". I don't remember the specific difference between the "soft' and "hard" resets...Tom

989CLEAR will reset the hard drive to factory defaults.
