Defaulting BCM 1000 Release 2.5 1

Is there a way to defualt the database on a BCM 1000 release 2.5 with mirrored hard drives without reloading software?

Reset the voicemail system to default, then do a system startup on the MSC card. That will default the telephony programming. All that will be left is the keycodes.

How do you do a system startup on the msc card?

I believe (don't have a working BCM near me at the moment) that it's under Diagnostics, MSC, System Startup. Might need to click on Configuration at the top to get the warm reset/startup options.
