I was called to replace a 1232 destroyed in a power surge. I got a used 1232, defaulted it, and installed it. I did not have my laptop with me as this was unplanned. So the system came up with CO lines 2,4,6 live but 1,3,5 are dead. Also, it seems only some extensions came up. Is this normal for the 1232? I am new to this system but I have the DBA software. Just seems odd that the extension and co lines are working that way.

Programming was probably set up with system using tks 246 ( 1 line per cord)

Any pattern of which ectensions came up?
the champ plugs would sometimes not seat correctly at the cable end of the plug,
