Is there a way to set the default view to full page instead of 100% when viewing a report through VB?

If you're using the RDC, call the CRViewer's Zoom method.
The arguments are: 1 - fit width, 2 - fit page, or any other number will be treated as a percentage.

If you're using the OCX, use the PageZoom method.
