Default view in word 2003

I have users opening documents that always open in reading view. I would like all documents to open in normal view. Anyone know how to change this?

In Word...

1. Click the "Tools" menu and choose "Options".
2. When the "Options" multi-tabbed dialog box appears, click "General".
3. Uncheck "Allow starting in Reading Layout".
