Have created a Crystal Report where the driving table is the ICITMV Vendor Details Table. The Parameter that we have created Browses the "VENDNAME" field. And for our purposes we have included all the fields.
One issue has arisen. Assuming there is a vendor we do not order from anymore we remove all of the items associated with that vendor. So in theory that vendor name should not show up anymore in the Browse list of the parameter but unfortunately it does. The parameter does not "refresh" automatically and the vendor in question is still in the list. Unless we don't include them in the list or if we exclude all the vendors and then reinclude them all in the list and save will the parameter refresh.
So is there a way to make the parameter refresh automatically when the report runs in Sage Accpac?
