default value for file upload

I want to do one project for me which has to upload 20 files regularly from my browser after some regular changes.

Instead of clicking all files one by one regulaly I want to set these values as default.How to do this.(<input text=file>). I found this as read me field. Is there any other option to do this. I am using cgi/perl for server side programming.
Help me out.

You can't do this (unless you find a way to break the secuirty model) because of security. Imagine if when someone arrives at your site you immediately default files to passwd.txt or whatever, privacy of the user would be destroyed. jared@aauser.com
