does anyone know the default timer for a greeting, and what it is? i have a customer that when you call her extension and it goes to vm the end of her greeting is cut off. you still here the beep and can leave a message. about 13 seconds of the greeting plays before its cut off. is there any way to change timer if thats what it is?
