I have a problem with the system locale. I have two terminal servers (both with Citrix) and specified that both the user locale and the default system locale should be Dutch. On server A this works perfectly, dialogues appear in Dutch to the users. Server B however refuses to show the dialogues in Dutch. Checking the settings in the Control Panel show that everything is set correctly (and set equal to server A). The user locale works, all settings within Excel (such as number markup) work as expected.
Both servers are Windows 2000 with Citrix MetaFrame XP FR3. I hope someone can help me, I know this problem is somewhat odd to most administrators.
