I have a Symposium report - Agent by Skillset- and the skillset is labeled as "Default ACD" on the report. How can I determine what this default acd is? Is this the DFDN of the phone sets?
There are two defaults in a Symposium set up. The DFDN is the default ACD queue set up in the Meridian and is used only if the Symposium is not operating. Then there is a default skillset, this is used if a call comes to the end of a script and has not been queued or treated in any way. The call will queue against the default skillset.
