Default settings for the Shell menu

Somehow the options for the shell menu (I think I am calling this correct - the menu you get when you right click) has gotten out of order. The open with command is listed first - thus the action for when you double click on an item. I need to restore the default setting for this. Is there anyway to do this?

To modify an existing file type is a Help and Support Center program, this may give you a few clues.

System Restore might fix things too.
