Default search field...

I have a database in Paradox 9 that helps me track clients' appointment process.  When I click on the binoculars to do a search, the default search field is "date" instead of "client".  Is there a way to make it default to Client so I won't have to run the mouse cursor up 3 or 4 fields to get to it?

The default search field is the field which is currently active on the form - in your case the date field.&nbsp;&nbsp;Two ways to solve the problem :<br>1) make the Client field the default field on the form<br>2) do the search using your own button which has the code<br>client.moveTo()<br>menuAction(MenuRecordLocateValue)<br>
