Default Ring Tones and Background Only

Hello,

I have two 7965’s with expansion mods that for some reason can only see the two default ring tones and the default background picture. All the other phones in the building can see all the tones and backgrounds that I loaded. Any idea where I would look to fix that issue? Thanks

are the rest of the phones different models? The background images are phone model specific. if they are the same phones you either have a tftp issue or user error.

I have 90% 7945's and 10% 7965's. As far as I can tell these two 7965's are the only ones that just have the default. All the rest of my phones, 45's and 65's, have picked up the addtional backgrounds and ring tones.

I shouldn't say all because i didn't go around and check all of them but I did check a mix of 45's and 65's and they all had them.

Did you try restarting TFTP? Also are the 7965 in question running different firmware than the rest?

Restarted the TFTP when I uploaded the backgrounds... unless that doesn't do it. I'll check the firm where are those. Thanks
