Default Reset Call Log Password 1

Hello everyone,

I am new here and as well as with system Bcm50.

Recently, one of user forgot thier password.

From Element manager, i did the reset call log password.

I want to know what is the default password when I press that button

I am not sure if it is 0000

Any help are welcome

I have a user which dn 5212. The user forgot his password.

I went to Element Manager of BCM and I reset the password by clicking reset call log password.

But I do not know what is his new password because i do not know the default password when you reset it.

As I told I am new to this system.

For the time coming, maybe I will be asking more question.

you need to reset the voicemail password from the call pilot manager web page, then the user will have the default password.

First of all, thank you jsaad for your quick answer

Second, i went to website and i choose option CallPilot Manager and I click run.

In the CallPilot Manager --> Maibox Administration, I do not see the dn of the user and neither in other place to reset the passsword.


Do you know where I have to go after loging in to CallPilot Manager.

By the way, can I do the reset of voicemail password from Business Element Manager
