I created some access reports on a certain machine - it now seems that whichever user runs these reports - they get the default printer I originally had rather than their default printer - is there an easy way to change this ?
Open your report in Design View.
From the Access Menu, selct File -> Page Setup.
Select the Page tab.
There should be two Radio Buttons under "Printer for [PrinterName]" - One for Default Printer, One for Specific Printer
Make sure Default Printer is selected.
