Is there a way for individual users to set up a default printer to use or have their windows default printer work as their viewer default printer. Different groups all use different printers, unfortunately they also use some of the same reports so the solution would need to be enterprise based. The users are just tired of having to select a printer every time they print. Most users use the Active X viewer so it could be a setting in the viewer. I am using CE8.0 professional and have the upgrade, but have not yet installed it.
