Hello, I'm running a Metaframe FR3SP4 with up-to-date hotfixes, on Windows 2000 SP4 server with up-to-date hotfixes. I'm french so please excuse my typos.
When a user logs on a Citrix application or desktop, the margins are extremely enormous, sometimes 20" or even 43" for a Letter size paper, which doesn't make sence. If I go in Printer Preferences, and i dont change anything but I just click OK to save the existing Printer Preferences. Then the margins problem is fixed.
I tried all the option in Citrix's "Printer Management" without fixing the problem. I even tried to edit the PPD files to force a margin settings.
I'm at the end of my possibilities... So my next question is, is there a way to force specific values for auto created printers... for exemple, would there be a way to say: "when you create a auto-create printer, change the Number of copies to 1 even if the client has a setting of 2 copies...". I'm hoping that if I can force some values which resides in "printer preferences" it might help applying the correct printer preferences.
