We are using local printers in our Citrix remapped to network ports. When users open Excel, sometimes the default printer does not appear. The port is however defined, and when the user prints, the printer does print. However, when the user presses the properties button, he gets an error that there's no default printer defined. Please help.

Default printer does not appear in Excell 2000 under Citrix
