We are using Win2k/Metaframe XP FR2. Our users are randomly getting their default printers changed with no apparent reason. We are using thin clients and network printers. Can anybody help.

In FR2 citrix changed network printing from ica to SMB.
To revert is back, have a look at CTX101829 item 20. Run the hotfix, and set the regkey manually.
Hotfix 65 also fixes the switching default printer issue.
