Default Power saving Setting

Hi all,

I have new 7 Dell GX620 workstations. They all have default powersaving configuration to hibernate computer if idle for 40 mins. When I change it, it only changes for that one user. If another user on the domain logs in they will have the default 40 mins hibernation. Is there anyway I can change to default powersaving setting for everyone who logs on. I dont want to have to change the setting everytime someone new logs in.
