How do I change the default for pickup on a 5 button atl phone?

All the phones on this system except one are set to pool as the default for pickup. One phone is set to intercom ring as default.

So far as I can tell, the programming is set right unless I missed something. I even copied a working extension to this one, and it made no change.

Thanks

What do you want to change the default to?

It is currently picking up the bottom button whish is intercome ring. I want to have it pick up the second button from the top, which is the pool of lines for outgoing.

Slide the T/P switch to P, Dial **, touch the line buttons in the order you want them to be selected, slide the T/P switch back to the center position. If that does not work, then you may need to use centralized programming.

That did not work, what do I need to do in Cent pgm?

Go to the programming phone, press menu, system programming, start, extensions, more, centr-prog (centralized programming),program Ext, extension#,start, press bottom-most button on left, press *14, press the line buttons in the order you want them to appear first (so press the second-button first followed by the bottom-most button, press **14 to finish, press home to exit.

As always, right on target Tom!!

Any Idea why the programming at the phone itself failed?

Thanks

Probably because it is an analog vs. a digital phone. The programming at the phone works on pre-Legend systems (i.e., 1030/3070, 820, 410, etc.) - my mistake.
