Default Password

At one of my sites someone knows the default password to reset the Callpilot admin password.
F985 9 73738767793 is there any way to change this password to something else. at least once aa week I have to get someone at the site to assist me in changing the password back to the default of 0000 so I can login though BCM callpilot Manager.

Change your Sys Admin COS to have no expiration on Mbox passwords..

Still wil not prevent them from reseting the password to default.

I think there is a way in the BCM to change Features or add features will check and let you know. I know you can add features can not remember if you can change them.
