Default password for call pilot 2.0

changed the password on 1 of my call pilots the other day from the default 0000 to our company standard format. I logged in twice during the day, but today is says the password is wrong. I have tried the default 0000 and combinations of our company standard format, but to no avail. Is there a way to reset it back to the default 0000.

I forgot to mention that this is on a BCM 3.5 remote switch and I can't login to Vmail remotly.

Easiest thing would be to call the customer and have them do the reset procedure on the phone itself. Takes all of 5 minutes and you're done. As the FAQ mentions.....
