When installing a network printer the paper size always defaults to Letter. As I am in the UK I want it to be A4. I know it is easy to change manually but I want to use the con2prt utility from Zera Admin Kit to do hands off installs and this problem is stopping me. It makes no difference what the shared printer is set to and it has nothing to do with Regional settings. I have had it work on some W2K installations and I have seen the opposite problem mentioned on another forum (gets A4 and wants Letter), so I suspect there are different releases of W2K that have different paper sizes hard coded in them. Can anyone confirm this and/or know where the setting is.
