With 2000 users on a system, with roming profiles, there are a lot of Normal.Dot's to update to default to A4. Does anyone know of an easier way to do this, registry setting etc? I can't copy and paste the Normal.Dot because everyone has custom autocorrect lists.

Bad news....
The way things work in the MS World, is that if nothing is available the printer settings are used
If there print seetings in Windows then the Windows settings take precedence over the printer settings, and....
you guessed it, the application settings take precedence over Windows settings.
