Can someone tell me which load/command in the Meridian (3.0) you input the destination number for when the ACD setup is in default mode (Symposium is down), but no agents are available? I thought there was one, final number ACD calls would route to if agents were unavailable and Symposium was unable to direct calls.

Thank you!!!

The default queue config is in LD23 and is configured against the CDN. There is also a night call forward number which I believe you are referring to which routes calls when in default mode AND no agents are logged in. This is the NCFW command (I think) configured against the default queue for the CDN in LD23.
