default mail client

When opening a jpg file in PhotoShop, getting the following error:

Either there is no default mail client or the current mail client cannot fulfill the messaging request. Please run Microsoft Outlook and set it as the default mail client.

Cannot find where in Microsoft Outlook to set it as the default mail client. Actually, I'd prefer Lotus Notes to be the default. Any help would be appreciated.

Opening a jpg in PhotoShop should not produce this error, but to set your default mail account, open Internet Explorer and go to Tools, Internet Options, Programs tab and set your mail client.
