Default Line Settings in UCM 6.1

We always have to use the BAT to change the default max numbers of calls and busy trigger. We also always change the "Hold Reversion Ring Duration" timer.

Where can I change what the default value is for new lines?

I have looked into our 6.x and could not find where this is located...

I see under Bulk Administration/Phones/update lines the hold rev is listed but not the busy triggers
