BTW, this is a great group! I'm very impressed with the participation and helpfulness of the members.

We have a Partner system with approximately 5 incoming lines. We just cancelled the primary line so physically went into the Partner box and moved all the remaining lines up a slot.

This fixed our problem with vmail outcalling. Until we made this change, the vmail system was attempting to outcall on the primary line which was now disconnected. This is working now.

The first problem which we have been having is approximately every 1 hr and 30 minutes, the vmail system is picking up a line and attempts to dial. On Wednesday, I'm going to check the solutions offered in the earlier post today labeled "phone ringing every hour on ACS".

When we press the Speakphone button or pick up the handset on System Phone 10, it seems the line ownership is screwy. Rather than picking up a valid phone line, it's picking up the line we disconnected. What are the steps for changing line ownership so the system will pick up a valid line instead?

Thanks for any & all help!

One the first one, sounds like someone has a message in their mailbox, and outcalling is set to a 90 minute interval.

One the second one, reprogram the Auto Line Select:
From Ext. 10 or 11:
Feature 00
Left Intercom twice
Right Intercom once
dial extension number of phone to program
Dial **
Press the line keys in the order you want them accessed
Dial ** again
Feature 00
