Default line pick up

Hello All,

just wondering if it's possible to change the default line key from key 00 to key 04. Currently there is an ACD line on key 00 that apparently can't be move to another key. The goal is to have the set pick up on the DWC line that sits on key 4. Any ideas anyone. Thanks

change the CLS of the set to IRA, NIA, OLA(incoming ringing line preference, incoming non-ringing line preference and outgoing line preference allowed) and make the LPK 4 (line preference key). But I don't think you can pickup a DWC key. You press that key to display waiting calls but I don't think you actually answer it. Unless I've forgotten everything I used to know about ACD, which is certainly possible...
