What is the default IP address for BCM50? Do I need a cross-over cable to talk it?

If you use the oam port you do not need a crossover. It is also dhcp so you do not need to assign your pc an ip. Default ip is 10.10.11.1 for oam, port 1 is 10.10.10.1.
