Hi,
One customer has the following problem:
The "default route" to the internet is made through a gateway which is the adsl-router. People who work at home dial-in to the IP-Office and use this route to make the internet connection.
It occurs very often that this route "locks up". A tracert does not come further than the IP-Office...
The solution is to change the default route to something else, merge, set it back to the original setting and merge again.
The setting of this route is:
IP: 0.0.0.0 (=clear) MASK: 255.255.255.255 GATEW: IP-adress of router METRIC: 5.
At the moment the metric is 5, but I tested with everything from 1 to 5, the problem remains the same.
The IP-Office 403 is at level 1.4(25), the problem already existed in previous versions (16) and was not solved in the upgrade.
Is the IP-Office known to "blacklist" IP's or routes?
Has anyone encountererd similar problems, as this is the only site we know that has this problem...
Kind regards!
