Default installer password on ESI IVX E-Class Tele Sys

I have an ESI IVX E-Class cabinet but do not have the installer's password.
Does anyone know the procedure and anything special required; ie, software program,
laptop, etc, to default the installer's password?
Thanks in advance for the help.
