i wont to setup apache server to give me
a specific image if the one i am loking is not found
that one doens't exist.... like overloding 404 for html
but for imgaes

example
<img src=&quot;x.jpg&quot;> <!--doesn't exist then u get y.jpg-->


any sugestions on how to do it....

I'm not sure if that can be done with html but I know you can do it with cgi which can be put into an html page. You can find some scripts that will redirect on a given error at
