When I click on Edit on the toolbar in IE6, it gives me 3 choices for editing the web page (Notepad, MS Word, MS Excel). MS Word is the default and the html code is opened using MS Word. However, the web editing software I want to use isn't listed there and when I go to Tools-Options-Programs, the above 3 are the only ones listed.

I have other html editors on my system (Dreamweaver, Hotdog) and want to add those to my "edit" options.

Anyone have any suggestions and, if it requires manipulating the registry, that's okay too.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the reply ... however, I guess I might have worded the question wrong --- I don't necessarily want to change the default but I DO want another html editor to appear in the choices (other than notepad and word).

Again, TIA

Regards - M
