default hell.....please help!!!

We install windows 2000 pro and then install ms2000 office. When logging in as a restricted user, we setup outlook, it ask to set outlook to be the default email, we answer yes! Now everytime we open outlook we get the same default question. Does anyone know how to kill this messege?

Have you tried logging in as an administrator to do it?

yes, but we have a total of three people logging into this computer. everyone gets the messege except the admin.

you may have to give temp admin rights to user. the outlook uses the reg for that defalt info. no access = loop default question.
