Default greetings

Can you change default greetings on a Merlin Mail (Like to transfer to another extension press *T)?

The only default greetings you can change are the main AA announcements and the default mailbox announcements. The main AA announcement is where most people provide general instructions to callers, like: Welcome to XYZ Company. If you know your party's extension, please dial it now. If you wish to dial by employee directory, press *2 (or *A) and when prompted enter the first 4 letters of your party's last name.

You could also add "Press *8 (or *T) at any time to transfer to another extension". Of course you could record some of the information you want to convey in submenus and additional announcements.

However, the many default short announcements built into the voice mail cannot be changed, e.g., after you press *2 or *A, you get a prompt to enter up to 4 (and in Magix VMs up to 10 letters of your party's name. Many of us would like to be more specific as to first or last name - but we are stuck with recording that in the main AA menu.
