default gateway question

I have 2 internet connections...one is cable & one is DSL. I currently process credit cards throught the cable connection. I want to setup SCO to use the DSL connection if the cable goes down. The router for the cable is at ip 190.100.100.200 and the DSL router is 190.100.100.254. How do I add a second gateway to SCO????
