Default Gateway for IP Phones

Hello,

How can I verify what default gateway my IP phones are pulling in CM? I have 4 different remotes sites each on their own subnet that connect to my headquater office. I don't have a resource in each site to look at the phone so looking for an alternative. The guy who managed this quit.

you could use the web interface if you know the IP address, or use CDP maybe. Depends, are you doing a one off check or do you wish to check it on a daily basis?

Thanks. Doing a one off. Currently the sites connect back to the CM via our frame relay cloud and will be moving them onto the MPLS network. Which web interface are you referring to?

Plug the IP address assignd to the phone in IE (ex.

http://10.0.93.22).

Then on the left click Network Configuration. It should show you the settings you need.
