Hello,

My default font used to be Times New Roman. Now it somehow switched to Latina. Does anyone know how to set it back to Times?

Thanks!

...launch indesign, select the text tool and change the font in the character pull down menu...

One thing to add: immediately after selecting the font you want as default, quit indesign. Then that font will stay as default.

Using OSX 10.3.9 on a G4

Instead of quitting, you can set the font with no document open and it will stay as the default font. Anything you set with no documents open will become the default...simply choose the right tool and set your options. For instance, maybe you want your frames to be blue with a black stroke, or maybe you want to get rid of Red, Green, and Blue from your Swatches palette...with no documents open you can set all that and that will be your default.
