Default Font

I am a complete novice with Visio, as I've never used it before, so forgive me if this is a trivial question. Is it possible to change the default font from Arial 12 pt to something else? I've gone through the whole menu bar and don't see where I can change this option. It is a pain to change the font in everything I'm putting onto my diagram.

Similar to MS Word, you can create & define styles in Visio.

There you can either edit the "Normal" style or create custom styles that you can apply to the doc.

You should find them at the "Format" > Style or Define Style selections.

Thanks - that works - I was hoping to be able to change a font face ahead of time - so that it "defaulted" to a certain font, but I suppose I can just select all and apply a style to it. Thanks again.
