Once you have the form set the way you like it, go to Format=>Auto Format and Choose the Customize option. One of the bullets on this option page is to create format based on the form you have open. Make sure you use a form that has as many of the different field types as posible so your Autoformat is as complete as possible.
Use CTRL+A to select all the controls then change font once for all. You have to unselect some controls like line,rectancle etc those don't support a font property. After selecting all hold SHIFT key and click on the controls to unselect.

Also, if you've created lot a form or report you wish to be the default, or template for later forms or reports, in Tools | Options - Forms/Reports tab, set the form/report as template.
