Default folder: Corel User Files

Corel Draw version 11 seems to want to save a couple of dud files with the extention .UWL in a folder called Corel User Files - in My Documents.

Does anyone know what these are, how I get rid of them OR change the folder destination for these files? There is no other purpose for this folder - I keep all my CDR files elsewhere...

The files are:
WT9_1EN.UWL
WT9_1US.UWL

There for personal settings that you have made that are to be kept within one of the Corel packages..

any idea where this setting is located? I can change the default place to backup files, but this does not effect the files above...?
