I just started using 2007 and am wondering what is the preferred file format, 2007.accdb, 2002-2003.mdb or 2000.mdb.
 
Usually the "preferred" format is the one a majority of your apps are written in.

Ever notice how fast Windows runs? Me neither.
 
Sorry - I looked at the reply and it seemed a bit vague. What I meant was applications you already use daily are likely to be in an older version. I've had some problems using the upsize wizard in 2007 for 2000 & 2002 mdb conversions. If everyone in your shop has a 2007 license, you will be able to run the legacy apps just fine without worrying about version issues.
