Our 81c has been set up so that faxes sent to unvalid fax numbers get routed to a 'default' fax line, and I need to change the destination.
The only way that seemed obvious to me to have that done was within CallPilot, but the manual and the admin app have given up nothing helpful. There is a default fax destination in the CP config, but it is set to n/a. I thought I'd found something last week that was set to 'On Switch', but I can't find it again.
Can anyone shed some light on how this is happening and what I need to do to change it?
