Default dos prompt

Hi all...

does anyone know how to make a default directory in dos promt for ALL users that use W2K server.
Basically, all users have a homedrive and this is their default drive in word etc...
when u access the dos promt, it will not default to their home directory when they go to their home drive, instead it goes to the root of their home drive..
e.g

users need to get to :

H:\My documents instead of

H:
this is only needed for dos prompt..

any ideas guyz and gyrls ???
