Default cfdocs directory 1

How does one change this default directory to something else, or better yet, how does one add other directories for executing .cfms? I need to set up off-line work directories for development.

I think you need to go to CF Administrator and map another directory. CFDOCS is under the root directory. So if you map another dir, you should be able to do what you need.

Already tried that. I found another reference that indicates that this mapping only applies if you wish to access the directories via CF tags and is not applicable for http:// requests. The extremely scant Administration information that I've been able to locate for CF is very weak at best. Thanks though!

Thanks again! I had been there earlier but unforunately we're not running PWS. I've got a lead on some other info and I'll post the solution if I find it.
